Scot Steinbring joined Torchbearr with the vision and drive to improve upon our Non-Profit Organization, and focused on developing the organization with experience and integrity. Coming from a background of work history both Federal and State agencies.
He comes as a fully qualified Prescribe Burn Boss Type 2 (RXB2).

Terry Warlick
Prescribed Burn Boss Type 2
Terry started for Forest Service in 1991, really loved fire he was hooked, retired in 2021 as a Battalion Chief . Did everything to get there, engines, helicopter and hotshots, work recreation for 2 seasons, still filled in on the engines when needed, then went back to fire work on 4 forest and 2 regions. Participated in many Prescribed fire burns, And has attended many TREX events.
